Phase II NIBB “Algae-UK” needs a Network Communications Coordinator
Algae-UK, led by Professor Saul Purton at University College London, is the phase II NIBB building on the success of the previous algal biotechnology network, PHYCONET. The aim of Algae-UK is to support research and translation in biomanufacturing and foster collaboration between academic researchers and business.
A full-time Network Communications Coordinator is required to support the director, co-directors and management board in the running of Algae-UK. The role will include promoting membership of the Network, maintaining the website and database, managing and coordinating events and activities, reporting Network activities and output, liaising with Directors and Management Board and managers of the other NIBB with the aim of working towards a self sustaining network in the first 5 years.
