The University of Sheffield website also has travel advice on how to get to the city of Sheffield here. If you are planning to drive, there is car parking at the venue, although it is limited. You will need a parking permit: e-mail network manager firstname.lastname@example.org before you travel.
Poster boards are 100 cm wide and 180 cm high. Your poster can remain up throughout the conference. If you haven’t registered to give a poster but would like to, please e-mail email@example.com with a poster title. If you are presenting a poster, we are asking you to also do a flash presentation:
A 2 minutes (maximum) presentation of a single PowerPoint slide. The idea is not to summarise your entire poster, but to introduce yourself so delegates know who you are and to give a brief overview of what your poster is about. You should have received an e-mail informing you of your presentation time. If you have not, or if you have any questions, please e-mail network manager firstname.lastname@example.org.
